If you're interested in joining our team, as a notary or employee, fill out the Get Started form on the Homepage. Be sure to fill in all your contact information and what you're interested in.
When NTS receives a request for a signing in your area, one of our team members will call you to see if you are available. During this phone call, we will give you the general details of the signing, including location, date and time, signing type and any other special instructions from our client.
Once you have the order, you will be emailed a link to the order through our portal, where you can track multiple orders, update your orders, and complete your orders online.
* Notaries who have completed a certain number of orders with NTS, will receive requests via text, where you can decline or accept them.
