What are the requirements to work as a Mobile Closer for NTS?

The following list represents criteria necessary for a Notary Public to be contracted with Network Transaction Solutions:

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate closings
• National Notary Association (NNA) Signing Agent Certification
• NNA Verification of an Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy of at least $25K
• Verification of NNA Background Screening
• Valid notarial certificate/commission(s)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Two Letters of Reference
• Signed Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Signed NTS Independent Contractor Agreement
• Signed W-9
